What’s the Process?

Onboarding
After reviewing your enquiry, I’ll arrange an introductory meeting to better understand your needs. From there, I’ll provide a project proposal, including a quoted cost and other details.

Project Setup
Once the project proposal is approved, I’ll send over a contract to sign, a 50% deposit invoice to pay, and a discovery questionnaire to complete.

Design Phase
During this phase, I’ll review your brief, carry out research, explore ideas, and present my designs to you at certain points, refining them based on your feedback.

Completion
Once the project is signed off, I’ll provide you with the final invoice, deliver your files, and set up an offboarding meeting to conclude the project.

Yes — I work with clients from all over the world. The only requirement is that you’re fluent in English so we can communicate clearly throughout the project.

My prices vary from project to project. The total cost depends on several factors: the service or package required, the scope of work, the client, the budget, and the timeline. That said, the minimum budget I typically work with is £3,000 (GBP).

Timelines can vary depending on the scope of the project, the number and extent of amendments, how quickly feedback is provided, and other potential factors. If everything runs smoothly from start to finish, a logo design project typically takes 4-6 weeks, while a visual identity project takes around 7-8 weeks.

Payment is split into two parts. A 50% deposit is required before the project starts, and the remaining balance is due once the project is finalised and signed off — but before final files are delivered.

Each presentation focuses on one refined design concept. This approach allows me to dedicate time to developing the strongest, most appropriate solution for your brand — rather than refining weaker ideas just for the sake of variety.
